Elevate Talent Solutions (ETS) is an independent recruitment business operated by Lee Johnson in Perth, Western Australia. This notice explains how I collect, use, disclose and protect personal information provided by clients, candidates and website visitors.
Information I may collect
Depending on why you contact ETS, I may collect your name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, work rights, salary expectations, career preferences, reference information and any other information you choose to provide.
How I use your information
I use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide recruitment services, assess suitability for opportunities, communicate about roles or candidates, verify information and manage my business. I only collect information that is relevant to these activities.
Sharing information
I do not sell personal information. Candidate information is shared with prospective employers only with the candidate’s knowledge or permission, unless disclosure is required by law. Information may also be handled by service providers that support the secure operation of ETS.
Website enquiries
The enquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to ETS. Formspree may process and store the information submitted through the form in accordance with its privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.
Storage and security
I take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Information is retained only for as long as it is reasonably needed for recruitment, business or legal purposes.
Access, correction or deletion
You may contact me to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information held by ETS. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

ETS does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.
