A fixed fee means your placement charge is an agreed dollar amount. For professional roles, the applicable tier depends on the total salary package, including super. It is not calculated as a percentage of the successful candidate’s salary.

What is included in the recruitment fee?

Role briefing, market guidance, advertising, proactive sourcing, screening, candidate interviews, shortlist presentation, interview coordination, reference checks and offer support. A three-month replacement guarantee applies, subject to agreed terms.

Does the $5,000 fee apply to every role?

It applies to eligible general administration placements. Office Managers, senior administrators, executive support and professional accounting or finance roles follow the standard fixed-fee tiers. The appropriate fee is discussed before the search begins.

Are the advertised fees inclusive of GST?

No. All displayed recruitment fees exclude GST. For example, the $5,000 general administration fee is $5,500 including GST.

How should I compare recruitment quotes?

Compare the total fee including GST, the roles covered, the sourcing and screening included, and the replacement terms. Ask whether there are separate engagement or advertising charges so you understand the full cost and scope of each proposal.
